General Information

The Catisque®'s top priority is the satisfaction of our customers.

We are trying our best to reduce the delays as best as possible. Please note that your products can be sent in two different parcels, based on the availability.

You will receive a tracking number with each order so you can track your package at any time.

 

How Long Does My Delivery Take?

The delivery consists of two time periods:

  1. Processing Time (2 Days):

Order confirmation, quality check, packaging of the product

Your order will be checked and approved within 12-48 hours after ordering. Once the order has been approved in our system, it will be assigned to logistics, and you will receive a tracking number.

  1. Delivery Time:

Once the item is ready for dispatch from the warehouse, it will take:

  • US, CA, AU, NZ: 5 - 9 business days
  • Rest of the world: 8 - 10 business days

to be delivered to its destination.

The total delivery time is therefore:

  • US, CA, AU, NZ: 5 - 11 business days
  • Rest of the world: 8 - 12 business days

During peak times such as Christmas or Black Friday, delays may occur.

Where is my package?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the associated tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the shipment may be sent in multiple partial deliveries.

My tracking is not working?

It can take up to 5 business days for the package location to update. We kindly ask for your patience. If the tracking does not display any information, please contact us!
